Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your SEEINVOID order.

You can request a return and refund within 14 calendar days of delivery. Under Egyptian consumer protection rules, this 14-day right applies without stating a reason and without a return fee. A separate 30-day route may apply to defective or non-conforming products.

For cash on delivery orders, you may open and inspect your package before completing payment.

Please check the item, size, colour, and visible condition. If you find a wrong item, wrong size or colour sent by SEEINVOID, visible damage, or another clear order problem, tell the courier where possible and contact us immediately at seeinvoid@gmail.com.

For a standard return, the item must be returned in the condition in which you received it. It should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from damage caused after delivery, with tags and original packaging where reasonably available.

These conditions do not limit your rights relating to defects, non-conformity, wrong items, or damage caused by SEEINVOID or its fulfilment process.

Return Costs

SEEINVOID covers the relevant return costs when the problem was caused by us, including a wrong item, wrong size or colour, defect, non-conformity, or fulfilment-related damage.

Within the 14-day consumer return right, SEEINVOID will not charge a return fee.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • The item concerned
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will confirm the next step, arrange collection, or provide return instructions, and inspect the item after it reaches us.

Refund Process

SEEINVOID reviews and approves refund requests and arranges the refund after the returned item is received and approved.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible, unless another method is agreed.

For cash on delivery orders, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.

Refunds will be processed within the period required by applicable Egyptian law after the return is received and approved.
