SEEINVOID is a registered fashion and apparel brand operating within the Arab Republic of Egypt. All digital and physical commercial activities are conducted under the direct authority and ownership of the SEEINVOID entity. Our digital storefront operates at seeinvoid.com and through official channels on Instagram and TikTok under the handle @seeinvoid.official.

        

02 — Intellectual Property Statement

        

All content published on the SEEINVOID platform — whether digital or physical — constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of SEEINVOID or is reproduced with express written permission from the respective rights holder. This includes, but is not limited to:
        

          
- The brand name "SEEINVOID," wordmark, and brand logo
          
- Lookbook photography, campaign imagery, and editorial content
          
- Garment graphic designs, prints, and original artwork
          
- Typographic treatments and visual brand system
          
- Website architecture, structural layout, and user interface design
          
- All written marketing copy, product descriptions, and communications
          
- Social media content published under @seeinvoid.official
        
        

This content is protected under Egyptian Intellectual Property Law No. 82 of 2002, relevant amendments thereto, and applicable international intellectual property conventions to which Egypt is a signatory.

        

03 — Trademark Notice

        

The name SEEINVOID and the SEEINVOID logo are trademarks of SEEINVOID. Use of these marks — in whole or in part, in any medium or format — without the prior express written consent of SEEINVOID is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued under applicable Egyptian and international law.

        

04 — Content Usage Restrictions

        

Visitors to the SEEINVOID platform are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and view site content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license expressly excludes the right to:
        

          
- Download, reproduce, or copy any content beyond standard browser caching for personal viewing
          
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any SEEINVOID brand assets
          
- Use SEEINVOID imagery, branding, copy, or designs in any commercial or promotional context
          
- Scrape, frame, mirror, or systematically extract any portion of the platform
          
- Redistribute, publish, or transmit any content without prior written authorization
          
- Use SEEINVOID assets in a manner that may imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership

05 — Social Media Content

        

All content published across SEEINVOID's official social media accounts — including Instagram (@seeinvoid.official) and TikTok (@seeinvoid.official) — is the intellectual property of SEEINVOID. Reposting, sharing, or repurposing any SEEINVOID social media content without proper credit and tagging of the official handle is prohibited without prior written consent. Commercial use, editorial publication, or press usage of SEEINVOID social content requires a formal written licensing agreement.

        

06 — Liability Disclaimer

        

The information and content published on the SEEINVOID platform is provided in good faith and for general informational and transactional purposes. While we strive for accuracy across all product representations, pricing, and policy information, SEEINVOID makes no warranties — express or implied — as to the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the platform.
        

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, SEEINVOID, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the SEEINVOID platform, its products, or any linked external content.

The SEEINVOID platform may contain links to third-party websites, courier tracking portals, or payment gateways. These external sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. SEEINVOID accepts no liability for the content, security, or practices of any third-party site accessed via our platform.

        

08 — Governing Law

        

This Legal Notice, and all intellectual property matters referenced herein, are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt — including Egyptian Intellectual Property Law No. 82 of 2002, Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, and applicable commercial legislation. Any disputes arising from the content or application of this Legal Notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
