Your privacy is not a footnote. At SEEINVOID, we handle your personal data with the same intentionality we apply to every garment — purposefully, minimally, and with care.
01 — Data We Collect
When you interact with our platform — whether placing an order, creating an account, subscribing to communications, or contacting support — we collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identity Data: Full name
- Contact Data: Email address and mobile phone number
- Delivery Data: Physical shipping address and governorate
- Transaction Data: Order history, selected payment method, and purchase value
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and session data
- Behavioral Data: Pages visited, products viewed, cart interactions, and time on site
- Communication Data: Messages submitted via our support channels
02 — How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:
- Processing and fulfilling your order
- Coordinating delivery with our logistics partners (ShipBlu, Mylerz)
- Processing refunds via Instapay, bank transfer, or digital wallets
- Providing customer support and resolving disputes
- Sending order confirmations, dispatch notifications, and tracking updates
- Sending marketing communications — only if you have opted in or placed an order and have not subsequently opted out
- Fraud prevention and operational security
- Improving site performance and the overall customer experience
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes.
03 — Data Sharing with Third Parties
We share specific data points with authorized third parties only to the extent strictly necessary for order fulfillment and platform operation:
- Courier Partners (ShipBlu & Mylerz): Name, delivery address, and phone number — for last-mile delivery coordination only
- Payment Processors: Transaction data is processed through PCI DSS-compliant encrypted gateways. Raw card data is never stored on SEEINVOID's servers
- Shopify Inc.: Our e-commerce infrastructure. All customer data is stored within Shopify's enterprise-grade, security-certified environment
- Analytics Providers: Aggregated, anonymized behavioral data to understand site usage
- Advertising Platforms: Campaign performance data shared with Meta and TikTok via Pixel technologies (see Section 04)
All third-party partners are contractually bound to protect your data and are prohibited from using it for any purpose beyond the service they provide to us.
04 — Tracking Technologies & Pixels
Essential Cookies
Operational cookies maintain your session state, shopping cart, and checkout flow. These are required for the platform to function correctly.
Analytics Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns, device usage, and on-site behavior. This data is anonymized and used solely to improve our platform.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Pixel
We deploy the Meta Pixel on our platform to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Instagram and Facebook, and to serve more relevant ads to users who have visited our site. The Meta Pixel may collect data about your browsing behavior on our platform and associate it with your Facebook or Instagram identity where applicable.
TikTok Pixel
We deploy the TikTok Pixel to measure campaign performance and optimize ad delivery across the TikTok platform. This tool may track interactions with our site and associate them with your TikTok identity where applicable.
You may opt out of analytics and marketing cookies via your browser settings or through any cookie preference tool presented on our platform. Disabling essential operational cookies may impair the checkout experience.
05 — Your Rights Under Egyptian Law
In accordance with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data — subject to legal retention requirements (tax and financial records must be retained for the legally mandated period)
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
- Object to the processing of your data where it relies on our legitimate interests

06 — Data Security
Our platform operates on Shopify's enterprise infrastructure, protected by advanced encryption standards. All checkout sessions utilize SSL/TLS encryption. We do not store or have access to raw card numbers at any point in the transaction flow. Internal access to customer data is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis.
07 — Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by Egyptian tax, financial, and commercial regulations. Upon receipt of a valid deletion request, data not subject to mandatory legal retention will be erased from our active systems.
08 — Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed through encrypted, third-party payment gateways. SEEINVOID does not collect, store, or have access to your complete card or bank account details. In the event of a refund, funds are returned exclusively to the verified original payer via the digital channels stated in our Refund Policy.
09 — Marketing Communications
If you have placed an order with us or explicitly opted in to marketing, we may send you communications about new drops, exclusive releases, and brand updates. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly. We do not send unsolicited marketing to contacts who have not engaged with our brand.
10 — Children
Our platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that a minor has submitted personal data through our platform, we will delete it immediately upon becoming aware of the situation.
11 — Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our operations, technology, or applicable law. The revised effective date will be updated at the top of this page. Continued use of our platform following any update constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy.
