Terms of service
By accessing the SEEINVOID platform or initiating a purchase, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service set out below. Please read them in full before transacting with us.
01 — General Conditions & Brand Authority
SEEINVOID reserves the absolute right to refuse service, cancel unfulfilled orders, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion. This right is exercised primarily in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, repeated delivery refusals, COD abuse, or violations of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify product offerings, pricing structures, inventory allocations, and operational policies without prior public notice. The most current version of all policies will always be posted on our platform.
02 — Contract Formation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding purchase contract is formed only upon our written order confirmation dispatched to your registered email address. We reserve the right to reject any order prior to confirmation — including in the event of a pricing error, stock discrepancy, payment failure, or fraud indicator.
Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it may only be addressed through our standard Return & Exchange Policy.
In compliance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its Executive Regulations, all mandatory supplier information — including trade name, Cairo-registered business address, commercial registration number, and tax identification number — is provided on all official invoices and receipts issued with your order.
03 — Product Representation & Disclaimers
We are committed to providing accurate, high-fidelity representations of all garments through photography and detailed descriptions. However, slight variations in color rendering, textile texture, or garment fit may occur due to individual device screen calibration differences and the inherent characteristics of artisanal and small-batch manufacturing processes. The customer acknowledges that such minor aesthetic deviations do not constitute a "defective" or "non-conforming" product under standard consumer protection definitions.
Size charts are provided as a general guide. SEEINVOID strongly recommends consulting the garment-specific sizing chart on each product page before placing an order, as sizing may vary between different styles and collections.
04 — Pricing, Currency & Taxation
All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). In strict accordance with Egyptian VAT Law No. 157 of 2025 and Ministerial Decrees No. 417 and 418 of 2025, all displayed prices are inclusive of the applicable 14% VAT. Shipping and handling fees are calculated dynamically at checkout and added to your final invoice prior to purchase confirmation.
SEEINVOID reserves the right to correct any pricing errors — including typographical errors — at any time before or after an order has been placed. In the event of a material pricing discrepancy, we will contact you before processing your order. You retain the right to cancel at no cost in such circumstances.
05 — Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for domestic Egyptian orders:
- Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit cards)
- Instapay (linked to a verified Egyptian mobile number or bank alias)
- Digital wallets — Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, WE Pay
- Direct bank transfer
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — domestic orders within Egypt only, up to EGP 5,000, subject to a non-refundable COD processing fee
All card transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. SEEINVOID does not store or have access to your raw card data.
06 — Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD orders carry a non-refundable processing fee added to the total invoice. Upon delivery, the assigned courier collects the exact invoice amount in cash. Couriers are strictly prohibited from permitting package inspection, item trial, or "Try & Buy" services prior to the full COD payment being settled. This policy supersedes any general "Try & Buy" option offered independently by the courier company.
If you refuse a COD delivery, you assume responsibility for all return shipping costs and any applicable restocking charges before a refund or store credit can be issued. Accounts with a documented pattern of COD refusals or repeated failed delivery attempts may be permanently restricted to prepaid payment methods.
07 — Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order free of charge at any point prior to its physical dispatch into the courier network. To cancel, contact us immediately via the channels on our Contact page. Include your order number in the subject line.
Once an order status transitions to "Dispatched" or physical possession is transferred to our logistics partner, cancellation is no longer possible. You must receive the package and subsequently initiate a return in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
08 — Discount Codes & Promotional Offers
Discount codes are valid for one-time use per customer unless explicitly stated otherwise. Codes cannot be combined with other active promotional offers, applied to Limited Drop or sale items already subject to markdown, or used in a manner inconsistent with their published terms. SEEINVOID reserves the right to void and cancel any order where a discount code has been misused, duplicated, shared commercially, or applied fraudulently. The customer will be notified and may repurchase at the standard price.
09 — User Responsibilities
By transacting with SEEINVOID, you agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and current information at checkout — including your full name, phone number, and delivery address
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of any account credentials
- Not use our platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes
- Not misrepresent the condition of returned items or submit fraudulent defect claims
- Not abuse the COD payment system through repeated refusals or unauthorized order placements
You are solely responsible for any direct consequences arising from inaccurate information provided at checkout — including failed deliveries, re-shipping costs, and order delays.
10 — Intellectual Property
All visual, textual, and structural content on the SEEINVOID platform — including but not limited to the brand name, wordmark, logo, lookbook photography, garment graphic designs, typography, and marketing copy — constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of SEEINVOID or is used with express written permission. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any brand asset is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action under Egyptian intellectual property legislation and applicable international conventions.
11 — Limitation of Liability
SEEINVOID's total liability in connection with any product transaction is limited to the replacement of the item or a full refund of the verified purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, SEEINVOID is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational harm — arising from the use of our products, platform, or any service disruption.
12 — Force Majeure
SEEINVOID shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, civil or industrial unrest, national logistics network failures, global supply chain disruptions, or any other event of force majeure. In such circumstances, we will communicate transparently with affected customers and work to resolve impacted orders as promptly as conditions allow.
13 — Fraudulent Activity & Chargeback Abuse
SEEINVOID actively monitors for fraudulent purchasing behavior, including but not limited to: intentional chargeback filing after delivery of correct items, false defect claims, coordinated discount code exploitation, and identity misrepresentation. In confirmed cases of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel all outstanding orders, permanently restrict account access, recover costs through available legal channels, and report activity to the relevant Egyptian financial and consumer protection authorities.
14 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service, together with all supplementary SEEINVOID operational policies, are governed by and construed in strict accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt — including Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its Executive Regulations, Egyptian Civil Law, and applicable commercial legislation. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from transactions on our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
15 — Modifications to Terms
SEEINVOID reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in market conditions, legal requirements, or operational practices. The updated effective date will be published on this page. Continued use of our platform following any revision constitutes your formal acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.
