Refund policy
Delivery Inspection We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. You are welcome to open and inspect your package while the courier is present, prior to completing your payment. If the garment does not meet your expectations, you may hand it right back to the courier. In this case, you will only be responsible for covering the standard delivery fee.
Returns & Exchanges Window If you choose to accept the package after inspection, you have 14 calendar days from the verified date of physical delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We fully honor this statutory right under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. To be eligible, all garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all branding and tags attached. Please note that requests submitted outside this 14-day window cannot be accepted.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a garment with a verifiable manufacturing defect, or an item that does not match your order (such as the wrong size or colorway), your return window is extended to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with Article 21 of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
The Process To initiate a return or exchange after the courier has left, contact our support team with your order number. Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned piece, we will process your exchange or issue a refund.
Fees Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, our standard shipping rate will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the initial transit costs. If an item arrives damaged or defective, SEEINVOID will cover all associated replacement and shipping fees.
Refunds Refunds for items returned after the initial delivery day are processed electronically once the item is back in our facility. Please note that our logistics partners do not handle cash refunds at the door for post-delivery returns.
