Refund policy

We want every SEEINVOID piece to feel exactly right. If something isn't, we've made the post-purchase process straightforward — within the boundaries outlined below.

        

01 — Return & Exchange Window

        

You have 14 calendar days from the verified date of physical delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. This is your statutory right under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, and it is a right we fully honour.
        

Requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be accepted under any circumstances, without exception.
        

If you receive a garment with a verifiable manufacturing defect or an item that does not match your order (wrong size, wrong colorway), your return window extends to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with Article 21 of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

        

02 — Eligibility Conditions

        

To qualify for a return or exchange, every item must pass our quality inspection upon return. Items must meet all of the following conditions:
        

          
- Unworn, unwashed, and completely unaltered
          
- All original SEEINVOID tags, labels, and security markers firmly attached and undisturbed
          
- Returned in its original premium packaging, intact and undamaged
          
- Free from signs of wear — no fragrance, no cosmetic or deodorant stains, no textile stretching or distortion
        

        

          Important: Items that fail to meet any of the above conditions during inspection will be rejected and returned to you. The cost of returning rejected items is charged to the customer.
        

        

03 — Non-Returnable Items

        

The following categories are permanently exempt from returns and exchanges, in accordance with Egyptian law and international hygiene standards:
        

          
- Undergarments, socks, and swimwear (hygiene restriction — no exceptions)
          
- Heavily customized or personalized pieces
          
- Items classified as Limited Drop, Archive Release, or Exclusive Capsule (see Section 07)
          
- Items purchased during a promotional sale or markdown event (see Section 07)
          
- Items purchased using a discount code (see Section 07)
        
        

These categories are final sale. The sole exception applies in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

        

04 — How to Initiate a Return

        

Contact our support team via the official channels listed on our Contact page. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason. We will respond within 48 business hours to confirm eligibility and coordinate courier collection.
        

Upon approval, a partnered courier agent (ShipBlu or Mylerz) will be dispatched to collect the item directly from your registered delivery address. You are not required to visit a courier branch or drop-off point.

        

          One Post-Purchase Action Per Order. Each order is entitled to a single post-purchase action — either an exchange or a refund, processed in one consolidated request. Subsequent requests on an item that has already been exchanged will not be accommodated.
        

        

05 — Shipping Fees & Financial Responsibility

        

Standard Preference Returns (Size Change / Change of Mind)

        

          
- The reverse logistics collection fee is borne entirely by the customer
          
- For exchanges, the dispatch fee for the newly requested item is also borne by the customer
          
- These costs are deducted directly from the final refund amount
          
- The original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable
        
        

Defective or Incorrect Items

        

          
- SEEINVOID assumes full financial and logistical responsibility
          
- No shipping, retrieval, or administrative fees will be deducted from your refund
          
- A full refund inclusive of original shipping will be issued if no replacement is available
        

        

06 — Refund Methods & Timelines

        

SEEINVOID does not issue physical cash refunds under any circumstances. This includes Cash on Delivery (COD) orders — cash is never reversed through a courier agent.
        

Approved refunds are processed exclusively through the following two secure channels:
        

          
- Instapay — Transferred directly to your verified mobile number or registered bank alias
          
- Direct Bank Transfer — To an Egyptian bank account only, strictly matching the original purchaser's verified identity

All applicable shipping deductions will be reflected transparently in the final refund amount communicated to you.

        

07 — Sale, Limited Drop & Discount Orders

        

Sale & Discounted Items

        

Items purchased from our sale section or with a promotional discount code may be exchanged for a different size of the exact same garment only, subject to real-time stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, the return value will be issued exclusively as SEEINVOID Store Credit. Bank transfers, Instapay, and digital wallet refunds are not applicable for discounted merchandise.
        

Limited Drop, Archive & Exclusive Capsule Items

        

These garments are manufactured in strictly finite, non-replenishable quantities. Direct size exchanges are rarely feasible due to immediate inventory depletion following a drop. Returns of Limited Drop items will be resolved via Store Credit or an approved digital financial transfer. A direct product replacement cannot be guaranteed.

        

08 — Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

        

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately — ideally within 3 days of delivery — with clear, high-resolution photographic evidence of the issue. Our team will coordinate retrieval at our expense and dispatch a direct replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund inclusive of original shipping will be issued.
        

All returned items undergo a technical textile inspection to verify that the issue is an inherent manufacturing flaw and not the result of post-delivery misuse, improper laundering, or external damage.
        

Please retain all original packaging until the matter is resolved.

        

09 — COD Order Returns & Post-Inspection Refusals

        

If you exercised your delivery inspection right (as defined in Section 06 of the Shipping Policy) and refused the package on a legitimate, verifiable ground — wrong item, wrong size, manufacturing defect, or transit damage — no payment is collected and the item is returned to our fulfillment center. Our support team will contact you within 1 to 2 business days to arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
        

For items accepted at delivery and subsequently returned through our standard 14-day return process: refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are never issued in physical cash. The refund will be processed via Instapay or direct bank transfer — following the standard inspection and processing timelines above.

        

10 — Store Credit

        

Store credit is issued as a unique encrypted code linked to your registered email address. It is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and is applicable toward any future purchase on seeinvoid.com, covering both product value and associated shipping fees. Once issued, store credit cannot be converted back into cash, transferred to another account, or redeemed for its monetary value.
